Privacy Policy: Future Work Explained Pipeline

Future Work Explained Pipeline ("the Pipeline") is a private automation tool operated by a single individual to manage one YouTube channel, Future Work Explained, and its companion Instagram and Facebook pages. It is not offered to the public and has no users other than the channel owner.
What the Pipeline does
- Uploads videos created by the owner to the owner's own YouTube channel, with titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and scheduled publish times.
- Reads statistics and analytics for the owner's own videos.
- Reads comments posted on the owner's own videos and posts replies as the channel owner.
- Publishes short videos to the owner's own Instagram and Facebook pages and reads their comments and metrics.
Data collected
The Pipeline stores, in a private database controlled by the owner: identifiers and metrics of the owner's own videos (views, likes, comment counts, impressions, click-through rate, watch time), and public comments on those videos (comment text, the commenter's public display name, and the time posted). This data is used only to display performance to the owner and to reply to comments. No data about other channels, viewers' private information, or users outside the owner's own content is collected.
YouTube API Services
The Pipeline uses YouTube API Services. By using the channel's content you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The Pipeline accesses YouTube data only through the owner's own authorization and does not request access to any other user's Google account. Stored YouTube data is refreshed at least every 30 days and is deleted when the related video is deleted. The owner can revoke the Pipeline's access at any time via Google security settings.
Data deletion and retention
Stored YouTube data is kept no longer than 30 days without refresh and is deleted when the related video is deleted or when the owner deletes it from the dashboard. The owner can delete all stored data at any time by clearing the database. Deletion requests from commenters are honoured within 7 days via the contact below.
Sharing
No data is sold, shared, or transferred to third parties, except that Anthropic's Claude API processes comment text and video metadata to draft replies and scripts, under Anthropic's privacy policy, and the database is hosted on Supabase.
Cookies
The owner's private dashboard sets one session cookie for login. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.
